I had an EKG done. It said possible left atrial enlargement, incomplete rbbb, borderline ECG. My t waves were a bit elevated but wide, not narrow (i know sometimes t-waves can indicate serious heart issues). I also have epilepsy, which is controlled. But can have anxiety at times. I made an appointment with a cardiologist but that’s in three weeks. I get dull pain that’s intermittent over my heart, it doesn’t radiate and I don’t become short of breath. Any theories? Thanks.
There are a variety of possible reasons for your EKG changes, that include hypertension, obesity or a valve problem to name a few. You can read more here, but remember your EKG changes may not be anything that is clinically significant:
