Question:
Good evening i recently had a 24hr holter monitor, it came back with over 11,000 pvcs with about 20% of them occuring between 3-5pm. This number scares me because the last holter i had was 4 yrs ago and only showed 1400. the doctor seemed ok with this number, also i wasnt doing very much activity at all on this day with the 11000 pvcs, mostly resting since i didnt sleep much the night before. I spent most of the day napping or just taking it easy on the sofa, that being said would there have been an increase in my pvcs if i had of been up walking around and doing more strenous activity. Should i be concerned about this increase of pvcs.

It is not only the number of PVCs that matter, but other factors as well, most importantly the effect they have on you!
