There are several ways to demonstrate heart disease, and your mother’s doctor has not yet excluded the possibility of coronary artery disease (CAD).

With her chest pain relieved by NTG, I suggest a stress ECHO in addition to the treadmill test she has already undergone, as well as a CTCA:
