I cannot do miracles! Your symptoms could a variety of things, depending on other risk factors. Heart disease occurs at your age, but is still unlikely, pending other risk factors such as diabetes, cholesterol, smoking and your family’s history of heart disease. Your BMI = 27.4, meaning you much too heavy.

A non-cardiac reason for chest pain in women is a heavy bosom. If so, better support (and certainly weight loss) would help you a lot.
